Job Profile:

|
Business Intelligence professionals assist our clients in the acquisition, correlation and transformation of data into insightful and actionable information to help enable an organization and its business partners to make better and more timely decisions. Our team works in the areas of Strategy, Governance, Information Accessibility, Reporting, Analytics, Process Modeling and Data Modeling.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with implementing Data Warehouse projects through the engagement life cycle including current state assessment, business requirements gathering, application design, build, test and roll-out
• Deliver CFO Advisory services including financial management and analysis, process re-engineering and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) best practices
• Assist in functional requirements definition and package solution selection (RFI and RFP’s)
• Evaluate and design system-based and manual controls around Business Intelligence as well as global data governance and master data management business processes
• Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements and developing proposals
• Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers or performing research in support of BI initiatives
Qualifications:
• BS/BA/MBA degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university
• Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members
• One to two years of Data Quality experience including at least one year with MDM, Business Performance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities and be able to effectively deal with ambiguity
- Hands on experience with analyzing business and technical requirements and documenting logical and physical data models
- Experience in implementing a multi domain master data hub.
- Experienced in using ER/Studio CASE tool.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience with data synchronization.
- Knowledge of Data Virtualization and Data Mashup.
- Knowledge of MDM systems.
- Experience with Middleware such as Oracle fusion.
- Experience with Mid Range database services.
