Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Specialist Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 Duration: 6 months Hrs/Wk: 40 Compensation: $3639/hr (DOE)
Job Description:
- Performs as a test lead responsible for developing test strategy and test plan through collaboration with development teams. - Leads large teams of testers in project testing execution. - Provides estimates and schedule to achieve the work identified in the plan, and identifies tasks and resources needed. -
Ensures resources and environment is in place, and ensures that the
test cases and data identified will verify that the solution delivered
meets requirements. - Ensure quality and coverage of test cases,
identifies necessary resources, ensure all entrance and exit criteria
for testing cycles is met. - Monitors and reports results/ status
and tracks identification, facilitates test case or defect
prioritization, and ensures resolution of issues/defects during test
execution. - Communicates as appropriate to project lead/team members and other project stakeholders. - Ensures required test documents are walked through and approved. - Supports traceability.
Qualifications (Required):
1. MUST HAVE HP Quality Center experience 2. Must have demonstrated experience LEADING large complex project testing initiatives and HP Quality Center experience 3. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline or six years related experience plus two years of related exempt experience. 4. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
If
