COMPENSATION:
- Base Salaries - Very competitive and above current market value
- Targeted Annual Bonus - 20% of your first year salary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gemstone DBA with experience monitoring, performance tuning, experienced in Smalltalk coding and testing, and production support. Must be available after hours for support reasons.
