1. Primary Responsibilities:

We have an immediate need for a contract, software engineer to test, verify, and debug Windows Network Management applications (using SNMP), which interfaces with an AAE Systems Satellite Modem. All work shall be performed at AAE Systems facilities. All work shall use workstations and tools provided by AAE Systems. No personal laptop computers are allowed. All software shall be captured in SourceSafe. Documentation is required for all work performed. Documentation is required on any Tools Setup.

2. Experience/Knowledge:

You must have experience coding, testing, and documenting Windows Network Management applications developed using Visual Studio.
You must have experience programming in VC++ and Visual Basic with good structure programming methodologies.
You must have experience developing applications interfacing using the SNMP protocol.
Working experience with PL/SQL Server is a plus.

3. Education:

B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
