Job Title: Sr SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR 2 Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 Duration: 3 months Hrs/Wk: 40 Compensation: $39.00 - $44.00/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for designing & maintaining the enterprise wide deployment of Active Directory and its related components. This consists of managing multiple deployments of MS Active Directory, designing and managing group policies and related objects, managing the portfolio of application security models including authentication, authorization and single sign-on.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidates must possess extensive background in architecting and building active directory environments, defining & managing group policies and single sign on solutions including Kerberos authentication.
- This position will provide extensive guidance and hands on support towards designing and maintaining the directory management functions for a large Client in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
- Provide day-to-day hands-on support for the enterprise Active Directory environment.
- Proactively identify and successfully troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance to assist application teams on underlying secure network architecture for applications.
- Provide guidance/recommendations for appropriately securing the portfolio of systems and applications that leverage the active directory environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Extensive demonstrated hands on experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration including group policy management
2. Experience with Identity and Access management: SSO, Oracle Access Manager, ADFS, internal and external certificate management and other related technologies
3. Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft architecture & technologies.
4. Extensive experience with and in depth knowledge of networking architecture, multi domain trusts, group management, DFS , hardware infrastructure, storage and related components.
5. Strong understanding of client server architecture and administration.
6. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer relationship skills.
7. Candidates must be a US Citizens or Greencard holders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
2. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
COMPENSATION/COMMENTS:
$39.00 - 44.00/hr. - Optional APR Medical/Dental Benefits package, 401k plan, etc.. - benefits available shortly into this contract (30+ days - starting with the 1st of the following month of the start date).
If an offer is made, a 7 year criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted. Candidate must be pass both screenings to be hired.
