Currently working with a small-medium sized very profitable SaaS
Company in beautiful downtown Seattle. They are looking for a Tier III
Customer Support Rep with knowledge of Web Services (PHP, JavaScript,
HTML, etc.). This person will need to have exceptional customer service
skills and will be working with both external and internal customers.
The right candidate for this position will possess the following skills:
The ability to develop strong Customer Relationships and detailed Customer Requirements
Worked with multiple operating systems
Strong understanding of Web Services: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, etc.
Experience working with Sales Force as a main ticketing system
