Length of Engagement: 12 month Contract
No third party submittals
US citizen or permanent resident only.
Position Description:
Use CAD generated data, provide final output machine placement program files and create documentation required for building PCB assemblies.
Use mechanical drawings, data, and/or sample components, create machine component libraries required for building PCB assemblies.
Support new product development in a timely cost effective manner.
Provide DFM (Design For Manufacturability) feedback to process / design engineers.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
5 years of equipment programming experience using CAD tools.
Experience required in programming component libraries, surface mount placement equipment, and documentation for both engineering and production manufacturing.
Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and component library creation is required.
Ability to train operators.
Ability to troubleshoot machines and communicate to manufacturers’ technical support.
Familiarity with SMT Lead free SMT re-flow processes and Lead Free wave solder process.
Understanding of BGA rework.
Excellent communication and computer skills using Microsoft office applications are expected. •
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Experience with CimBridge (Technomatics) and Aegis system tools is preferred.
Experience in programming Universal (UAL), DEK equipment, and /or Aegis tools considered a plus.
