Job Profile:
We are in search of an experienced Wireless Communication Error Manager for an international Wireless Communications firm. As a candidate, you should have experience in the Full Life Cylce of Error Management for product development along with experience with CM Synergy and Lotus Notes. You will be required to provide Analysis, Tracking and Reporting of program errors. Once an error has been spotted, you will document issues, assign the error to the appropriate teams, that may be in one of many location including international. Once assigned you will be responsible for tracking progress to completion. You will be required to provide presentations on Error Metrics and according to Client's standards. Thus both oral and written communications but be excellent. REQUIRED: • 3-5 years experience in Error Management in Wireless Industry • Lotus Notes • CM Synergy PLUSES: • Symbian S60 experience
