One of our strategic clients located in the Morgantown, WV area is currently looking to fill the full-time position of EKM Software Analyst.

The EKM Senior Software Analyst will administer and support Enterprise Knowledge Management systems.
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of duties for medium-to-high complexity changes to systems and develop approaches to improve process work flows.
Will serve as primary systems administrator for systems and as lead analyst/investigator on high complexity support issues.
Must have the ability to interact effectively with the application end users to properly use the EKM applications.

Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with the application users and system support teams.
-Must be able to develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
-Must possess skills/abilities in the following: required in one or more of the following environments.

Plateau LMS, simple Unix commands/scripts,
Application installs and upgrades for the EKM applications.

-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. A training background would prove valuable in imparting some of the key concepts of the EKM applications via instructor led training sessions. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
