Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Salem, OR
Duration: 4 Plus months
Note: Local candidates are preferred
Job
Description : The Systems Analyst III will supplement the Enterprise
Content Management (ECM) team. The projects assigned will vary and may
change based on Agency business needs and priorities. The System
Analyst III will be expected to provide analysis necessary to complete
project tasks and deliverables as assigned. Tasks and deliverables
include, but are not limited to:
▪ Define and document the system requirements and functional specifications,
▪ Create the test strategy, test plan and test cases,
▪ Coordinate and execute the functional testing and document the results
▪ Work with Business and IS stakeholders to resolve process and system issues,
▪ Define and document an implementation plan.
Skills:
Advanced Experience with IBM/FileNet P8 platform (Version 3.5 or higher). Required.
Experience with Fujitsu Macroscope software development lifecycle and deliverables templates Desired
Knowledge of government agency processes used to deliver transportation improvement projects. Desired
Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles and software technologies
