In the role of Quality Assurance Analyst II, a successful candidate will:
* Perform interviews and conduct sessions with end users to understand business processes and document requirements for implementation in software.
* Provide support to complex systems analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
* Work as a shared resource among three teams to support requirements analysis and system testing where needed for web based systems.
* Define the problem and develop system requirements and program specifications from which programmers prepare detailed flowcharts, programs, and tests.
* Closely coordinate with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.
* Develops system alternative solutions.
* Provide detailed test plans and scripts and must be able to execute non-automated system testing in short project timelines.
The ideal candidate would have:
* 4 years of experience in systems analysis, programming, or business information systems, including two years in the area of developing systems requirements, high-level design specifications, and translating user requirements for engineering, business, and records management functions into overall system designs.
* System testing documentation and execution and have a Bachelors degree in the Arts or Science.
