Required:
* 5+ years (8+ desired) experience in XML, VoiceXML, Java, C/C++, C#, .net, SOAP, J2EE, CORBA, Tomcat, Web Services, SOA, VB, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, etc.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Strongly Desired:
* Experience telephony programming in Java or C++
Desired:
* Experience with enterprise communications (VOIP, UCC, Contact Center, Computer Telephony, SIP, etc.)
* Familiarity with Avaya products is highly desirable
