Description:
One of our clients is looking for Physical Design Engineer with strong
backend design experience using Cadence tools.
Required skills:
Floorplanning,
Clock Tree Balancing, Power Planning, IR / EM , Static Timing Analysis,
Routing, SI, DFM, Place & Route of blocks and Top Level Chip
Planning / Integration ,DRC, LVS
Flip-chip designing
I/O ring packaging
Experience working on 65nm technology.
Tools :
Cadence tools like SoCE, Voltage Storm
Synopsys tools like ICC, Prime Time, Star RC, Synopsys DC
Mentor tools like Calibre for DRC, LVS etc
Experience : 10 years of hands-on designing experience. .
Salary will depend upon no of years of experience and is very competitive
